We have used Luke to carry out our FRA’s on approximately 30 HMO properties. Luke is extremely reliable and very commercial. He spent time educating our builders on how to ensure everything complied with regulations and it means we have very few findings on our properties due to Luke’s time and expertise. I could not recommend Luke enough.

Asbestos is a hazardous material commonly found in buildings constructed before 2000. Managing asbestos is crucial to ensure the health and safety of occupants and workers. Our asbestos surveys are designed to identify the presence, condition, and extent of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in your property.
Types of Asbestos Surveys:
Management Survey
- This survey is designed for the normal occupation and use of a building to ensure the continued management of asbestos-containing materials in situ. The purpose is to locate, as far as reasonably practicable, the presence and extent of any suspect ACMs which could be damaged or disturbed during normal occupancy.
Refurbishment and Demolition Survey
- This survey is required before any refurbishment or demolition work is carried out. It aims to locate and describe all ACMs in the area where the work will take place. The survey will be fully intrusive and involve destructive inspection, as necessary, to gain access to all areas, including those that are difficult to reach.
